However, it's important to note that our return policy has certain limitations. We are unable to accept returns on used or opened products, as we strive to maintain the quality and integrity of our items.

In addition, please keep in mind that some of our products, such as wax melts, are perishable and cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please provide us with a photo of the product within 48 hours of receiving it. Our team will assess the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution, whether it's a replacement or a refund.

For returns that meet our criteria, we will issue an refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
