Order Processing Time

Every item at Custom Crafts and Scents is hand-poured and packed in the Atlanta area. We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasonal drops or holidays, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

* Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days

*Note: Carrier delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or high volume. We are not responsible for delays once the package is handed off to the carrier.*

Warm Weather Shipping Warning

Our wax melts are made from 100% natural soy wax, which means they are sensitive to high heat. During warmer months (typically May through September), we only ship orders on Monday through Wednesday to prevent your handmade items from sitting in a hot carrier warehouse over the weekend. We highly recommend bringing your packages inside as soon as they are delivered to prevent melting on a hot porch.

International Shipping

At this time, Custom Crafts and Scents only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully package every wax melt and glass reed diffuser to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact us at info@customcraftsandscents.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number, and we will work with you to make it right. 

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.
